Forum Topic Suggestions:
-A 'Media/Art' topic or sub-topic may be a good addition for help with avatars, signatures, media posts and similar things.
-A 'Rules' topic, sub-topic in news, or post should be created. See 'Rules' for additional information.
Sub-Forum Topics:
While editing categories, you may split the topic. For example, when you click News, splitting that into 'Smite News' and 'LG. News' would be appropriate.
FAQ:
To add a post full of constantly asked question to revert or link to would be good so that questions that are asked more than one or two times can be linked to the asker and the post may be deleted. (Completely optional depending on amount of questions asked and should be stickied if done).
Rules:
Follow common guidelines of forum rules. A perfect example is support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4045-USHJ-3810 . If/when rules are created, I'll add some suggestions and explanations.
Layout:
A somewhat detailed layout could be great, or one that is not so boring with icons that aren't as formal.
Signatures:
Definitely allow images etc. into signatures and specify dimensions for them [and avatars].

Make sure they are unbiased and logical as currently aren't lol
